Online Personal Training is a convenient and economical alternative to working one-on-one with a personal trainer. Choose from strength training programs or nutrition and cardio plans.

4-Week Personalized Strength Training Program


Your program is based on your specific fitness profile. Kim will design your workout plan based on your available schedule, fitness goals, exercise history, fitness experience, and equipment availability. Kim recommends that you switch your strength and cardio routine every 4 weeks to ensure your body is making changes.

Before ordering your initial strength training program, print and complete the documents located in the Resources section.  Once the documents are completed, contact Kim for information about sending in the documents.

With your 4-Week plan, you will receive:

  • Customized strength training program
  • Complete fitness assessment
  • Reassess progress at end of 4 weeks, via measurements, weight, and photos
  • Adjustments made as necessary
  • Receive program in pdf format within 72 hours
  • Email and text message support

Your nutrition program is based on your specific fitness profile. Kim will design your meal plan based on your favorite foods, fitness goals, time schedule for planning meals, and workout schedule. Kim recommends that you switch your meal plan every 2-3 weeks.

Before ordering your initial nutrition and cardio program, print and complete the documents located in the Resources section.  Once the documents are completed, contact Kim for information about sending in the documents.

With your 2-Week plan, you will receive:

  • Complete fitness assessment
  • Customized cardio program
  • Reassess progress at end of 2 weeks, via measurements, weight, and photos
