That’s what TransFigure Fitness Boot Camps are all about! They are about making serious changes in your mindset and life so you can make serious changes in your body.
What To Expect:
TransFigure Fitness boot camp sessions are intense, but they are also convenient and fun! No matter your fitness level, you can greatly benefit from these intensive sessions. Each workout focuses on compound, functional movement, using the largest muscles of the body. Compound exercises burn more calories because you are using more muscles at one time, more effective than isolation, single muscle movements.
Don’t worry if you feel like you can’t take on a boot camp session. Each boot camp is catered to your own goals and fitness levels. As your Drill Instructor, I will modify any exercises to fit your own needs and physical challenges.
Each boot camp will include:
• Resistance training
• Cardiovascular and endurance training
• Core stabilization
• Interval training
• Plyometrics
• Obstacle courses
If you’ve ever wanted to work with a personal trainer but thought you couldn’t afford one, then this boot camp experience is for you! You will be stronger, leaner, have more energy, have less stress, and have tons more confidence!

Current Boot Camp Schedule:
• Saturday mornings, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 5:30-6:30 a.m.
By appointment only. Please email Kim at least 12 hours prior to attending a Tuesday or Thursday morning boot camp session.
• Location: Mount Trashmore: 4200 South Blvd, VA Beach. Meet at the bottom of the Southside stairs (see map below)

Pricing and Payments:
• In order to participate in a boot camp, payment must be received 24 hours prior to your first boot camp session.
• No payments will be accepted at boot camps.
• No refunds will be given for sessions already purchased.
• Sessions must be used within 1 year of purchase date.
• Print and complete the Waiver and Liability and Health Questionnaire documents located in the Resources section. You may bring the completed forms to your first boot camp session.
What to Bring:
An exercise mat, a water bottle, a small towel, comfortable workout clothes, a good pair of running shoes, and a great attitude!
