My Training Philosophy
My mission as a personal trainer is to educate my clients about strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and overall healthy living. I challenge them to approach every workout and every meal with intensity and purpose, so that the time they spend training their bodies will yield positive results.
I am a trainer, but I am also a teacher and a motivator. I want my clients to feel empowered so they can put the new information to practice. A good trainer knows that her clients will not stay with her forever. Eventually, they will have all the tools necessary to step foot into any gym or fitness center and have a satisfying workout that helps them reach their fitness goals. I want every client to understand proper form, exercise intensity and the muscles being trained so that they can assemble their own exercise routine and use it wherever they go. And I want them to be inspired and motivated to make every moment count, whether it is in the gym, in the kitchen, or spending time with family. I train the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
