Transfiguration is defined as “the metamorphosis of the old house into something new and exciting.” It’s the change a caterpillar goes through in becoming a butterfly.

We want the life of the caterpillar. It eats all it wants and stays inactive for weeks in its cocoon before emerging as a beautiful new creature… effortless change.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way for us. People require planning and perseverance (patience and discipline), nutrition and exercise to TransFigure their bodies.

TransFigure Fitness (TFF) is about honesty and accountability with yourself and me, your personal trainer. It’s about renewing your mind moment by moment so you don’t fall into the same old habits; and it’s about getting life-changing results.

As your personal trainer, I will challenge you to work harder than you ever have. I will motivate you to stick with the plan even when it is the last thing you want to do. I will educate you through every step of your fitness journey. And I will give you all the tools you need to achieve dramatic results. But here’s the catch: You must USE the tools and follow the plan.

This transfiguration won’t be easy. In fact, it may be the most difficult thing some of you have ever done. But the results are worth it.
